Oxygen will have the stronger bond than nitrogen because it has 1 proton and 1 electron increased in their shell therefore the attraction in the nucleus and the shells will increase therefore oxygen will have more stronger bonds then hydrogen

it depends on electronegativity difference so in carbon oxygen electronegativity difference is more so it is more stronger compared to it's nitrogen bond
