Answer: 100°C steam
Explanation:
This is because the water at 100°C is at the state of evaporation and since during the change of state of a substance the excess heat produced also known as latent heat gets used up in this conversion of liquid to gas.
In steam this process does not takes place and its temperature does not stay fixed abd it keeps increasing as it already is in gaseous state.
