Vacuoles – Vacuole is a bag like structure which contains a fluid called cell sap which is a watery solution rich in sugar, amino acids, proteins, minerals, etc. Animal cells do not have a vacuole or they have very small vacuole which is not much significant.
Plastids – These organelles gives colour to the plant cell and one of its type chloroplast performs the process of photosynthesis. Colour of flowers is also due to another type of plastid chromoplast.
Plant cells also have cell wall but animal cell don't have but it is not a cell organelle as it is non living
