Vacuoles are the organelles that prevent the plant from wilting. The central vacuole refers to a cellular organelle found in plant cells. It is usually the biggest organelle in the cell. It functions to maintain the adequate pressure inside the cells of the plant to offer support and structure for the developing plant.

The cell membrane helps the plants to maintain its composition. It comprises a lipid bilayer with proteins entrenched. The prime function of the cell membrane is to safeguard the cell from its surroundings.
