cell is a structural and functional unit of life , prokaryotic in the sense the unicellular organism uses a single cell for all their life process i.e,excretion,assumilation,respiration,ingestion etc., whereas in eukaryotic like human we contain a different number of cell to perform different number of process they can be organized into tissues or they may perform with a single cell itself for eg., excretion-kidney, digestion-stomach etc.......
