The right atrium receives deoxygenated blood from the superior vena cava (which ultimately gets all venous blood). From there it goes into the right ventricle, to the lungs, back to the left atrium, to the left ventricle, to the aorta, to the capillaries, to the veins, back to the superior vena cava.
