Jabalpur is known as Sanskar dhani

Back in the days when Jawaharlal Nehru, first prime minister of India visited jabalpur, (don't know if it was before or after august 1947) he was so overwhelmed and touched by the politeness and decency of the citizens, he called the city Sanskardhani (संस्कारधानी).

JABALPUR IS CALLED SANSKARDHANI.
