Here is my view:

I would recommend HC verma for physics and for problems, you can do cengage or your institutes worksheets/booklets

For chemistry,

Ncert is good enough for inorganic

For organic, you can do jaiswal or any other chemistry books for organic, most of them are good

For maths, I did cengage, but I would recommend you to do arihants book besides cengage
