A galaxy is a system which holds planets,asteroids,comets, stars, stellar, interstellar gas, dust, and different form of matter through gravitational force of attraction.Galaxies contains trillions of stars which are revolving around the galaxy with it center of mass.

Galaxies are differentiated as elliptical, spiral, or irregular. Many galaxies are thought to have  black holes at their centers. The Milky Way's central black hole, known as Sagittarius which has a mass of four million times greater than the Sun.
