which colour deviates minimum during dispersion of light through a prism

Wavelength is inversely proportional to the deviation in the path of the light. Red light suffers the least amount of deviation and violet the most.

since the white light consist of 7 constituent colour (v I b g y o r). therefote the red light deviates more.
