Hi Nancy...☺️☺️☺️
The answer is Red nd Blue bcz they're the two extreme colours in the visible spectrum...
I'll just explain in a simple way...
I hope u know that the visible spectrum of light has 7 components as per Newton. So the spectrum follows the order VIBGYOR.
The Red(colour with the lowest frequency) nd Blue(very closer to Violet which has the highest frequency) forms the ends of the spectrum nd they're absorbed by the chlorophyll. Whereas the Green colour (which is at the center of the visible light spectrum) gets reflected by the chlorophyll, hence the leaf appears green in colour...
I hope it helped u.....else pls report my answer if u r not satisfied, hence paving the way for inviting better answers....☺️☺️☺️

Chlorophyll absorbs light most strongly in the blue and red but poorly in the green portions of the electromagnetic spectrum; hence the green color of chlorophyll-containing tissues such as plant leaves. The green portion of the solar spectrum is reflected not absorbed.
