AGRA:A cauldron filled with copper utensils dating back to the harappan era were discovered from a small village in bijnor . Around 60 utensils have been found which have sent to laboratory in pune for carbon dating. However ASI officials said that prime facie, these items belong to the Harappan Era and dates back to at least 4,500 Years. This discovery was made  by a farmer when he was levelling his field in Harinagar village under chandpur tehsil of bijnoir district. The couldron three feet in diameter and two feet in height, was filled up with mud to the Brim. Suspecting that  it contains valuable items the villagers removed the mud  only to find utensils and small tools , All made of copper. Subsequently, the Sub-divisional Magistrate of chandpur handed over it to the ASI (Archaeological Survey of India) for further study.
