Suppose each capacitor has a maximum voltage of V.

If you wire them in parallel, the capacitance will be 10C and the energy stored will be 1/2 * 10C * V^2 = 5CV^2

If you wire them in series, the capacitance will be C/10 and the energy stored will be 1/2 * C/10 * 100V^2 or … 5CV^2

So there are many ways to do it and it all works out the same. The question is unanswerable.

ava71: my physics question
Ayushkashyap100: what is the question
ava71: one min
ava71: why do we say that charges are always produced in pairs
ava71: i asked this question in brainly no one answered it can you
Ayushkashyap100: Simply because, everything is neutral in the world. There is nothing to have absolute charge over it. It is us who creates charge from neutral objects. Therefore when we create charge by any mean from neutral object, charge in pair will only be produced.
Ayushkashyap100: agar aur koi madad chahiye to puch lena
ava71: ok
