Answer:

The correct answer is Product.

Enzymes are the bio-catalysts which help in increasing the rate of bio-chemical reaction taking place in a organism.

Enzymes have specific regions for the binding of the substrate or reactant and is called as active site. This site contains two types of residues: one  which help in the temporary binding of the substrate and is called as binding site, and second which catalyses the reaction called as catalytic site.

Substrate first binds to the enzyme's binding site and forms the enzyme-substrate complex. Catalytic site reduces the activation energy and converts the substrate into product. It forms the enzyme-product complex. Product is then released and enzyme goes to another substrate and repeats the process.

The whole procedure can be shown as:

Enzyme + Substrate → Enzyme-Substrate complex → Enzyme-Product complex → Enzyme + Product.
