here's ur answer..

Those things that have the greatest conductivity of heat will have the lowest heat capacity.

Cu metal is a very good conductor of both heat and electricity. It will have the lowest specific heat capacity. A rule of thumb is that metals are most likely to be the best conductors of heat and they will therefore have a lower heat capacity than nonmetals

All of the items 2. through 4. are nonmetals so they will have higher heat capacities than Cu.
