Which compound is formed when excess of kcn is added to aqueous solution of copper sulphate?

Answer:

copper sulphate reacts with kcn to form cupric cyanide which precipitates out firstly .

then it reduces to form Cu2cn2 .

then on reacting further with excess of kcn forms soluble complex K3 [Cu(Cn)4] .
