Which compound of calcium is used in fractured bones of the body

Calcium sulphate (CaSo4) is used as plaster in making buildings and in fractured bones . It is prepared by reacting normal marble or limestone with sulphuric acid CaCo3 + H2So4 =CaSo4 + H20+Co2
