All modern mainstream computers only utilize binary. So, essentially anything you can get your hands on utilizes exclusively binary.

Many, many years ago (before personal computing), a lot of research was done with digital (0–9) and even analog (continuous value) forms of data, but it lost out to the convenience that binary offers. Interestingly, some really difficult problems in binary (ie. integral approximation) are quite easy in analog. The area has had a small resurgence in research fields recently (particularly with the whole “quantum computing” having similar behaviors to analog), but that’s probably the only way you’ll theoretically get access to anything but a binary computer.
