A) Rotate a coil of copper wire between two magnets.
B) Connect a wire between a copper and zinc strip sitting in a beaker of water.

I think the configuration which would produce an electric current will rotate a coil of copper between two magnets because on rotating a coil of copper wire between two magnets will change the magnetic flux of the copper coil which would induced an EMF within the coil due to which and current will be flow through the coil this is that on which the alternating generator also works .
an option to it is true that connecting a wire between Copper and Zinc strip sitting in a beaker of water produces current in the wire connecting the zinc rod and copper rod but it is also depends on the electrolyte taken in the bigger in which the copper and Zinc strips dipped .
so option A will be exactly correct .
