water has more heat than ice because water has latent heat of 22.5 calory which ice realesed by changing it's state from liquid to solid.

Answer:

Your question is that at 0 Deg C, which contains more heat – 1 KG water or 1 Kg ice.

Explanation:

First thing, when speaking of chemical properties, water has its feezing point at 0 deg. C. so the moment its temperature reaches 0 Deg. C, it changes its state from Liquid to Ice.

This means that water chances its Physical state from liquid to Solid. So, at 0 deg. C it is not water any more, it is already ice.

Secondly, even if this is the question that you have asked, then it is obvious that to chance the state from liquid to solid, water needs to absorb or give out heat. This means that either heat is liberated or absorbed during this process.

Now, speaking of change in temperature, it is obvious that water has absorbed heat to change its state from liquid to solid.

Now, at 0 deg. C water certainly has absorbed more latent heat of fusion that is equivalent to 334 K J / Kg. this means that at 0 Deg. C, water has more heat as compared to ice at the same temperature.
