Which contains more heat:
(a) 1kg of ice at 0°C or 1kg of water at 0°C ?.
(b) 1kg of water at 100°C or 1kg of steam at 100°C?

The answer of your first question is water as due to latent of melting.
And the answer of the second question is steam as due to latent heat of vapourization.
