Which coordinate (inertial/spacecraft) is best useful for finding the plasma wave signatures in Parker Solar Probe (PSP) data?​

I guess it depends on the wider context of your investigation. If you are looking at data from several instruments on SO then hopefully the data in SC coordinates puts all the data in the same frame (as opposed to different instrument frames) and so may be sufficient for a first assessment of this. If you are going to compare with other data sets, or need to interpret the data in a more global sense, then a heliophysics based coordinate system such as RTN may be preferable?
