The SAFF 2019 Competition was the fifth edition and it was earlier held in 2010 , 2012 , 2014 , 2016 , 2019 .
The countries who participated are : India , Bhutan , Nepal , Bangladesh , Sri Lanka , Maldives .
Pakistan did not take part in the competition .
India and Nepal were the group toppers who were qualified for the knock out stages . In total there were 9 matches played .
India won every match of the competition easily .
Nepal finished second and India won the competition . India defeated Nepal 3-1 in the finals .
Infact India had been the champions in all the editions of SAFF .
