Answer: New World monkeys.

Explanation:Monkeys are extremely active and intelligent mammal which are divided into two groups

a) Old World monkeys

b) New World monkeys.

The Old World monkeys which includes baboons are seen in Asia and Africa. They are believed to closest to apes. They are comparatively bigger in size and have elongated faces .

New world monkeys are seen in places like South America,Central America, and some parts of Mexico. These monkeys have flattened faces and are smaller in size. One of most distinctive feature of these monkeys are that they possess prehensile tails which is not seen in the Old world monkey.

The word prehensile means able to hold/grasp.These tails are very long, slim and muscular. The length of the tail exceeds the length of the body which makes it easy for the tail to support the entire weight of it's body .The presence of prehensile tail helps in holding on to the objects. These tails possess a patch of uncovered rough skin which are known as tactile or friction pad which help in holding on to the object.
