Thank you for asking this question from us. Plants belong to the one of five kingdoms, named Plants Kingdom. They are mainly classified on the criteria of presence or absence of seeds. The group of the plants which have seeds are known as flowering plants and called angiosperms. Whereas, the group of plants which do not have seeds and reproduce the spores are known as gymnosperms. Other than this, plants are also classified as other kingdoms in the pattern of: Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species.
