Winter rainfall areas and East African highlands: wheat and barley. Tree crops: oilpalm, rubber, cacao; shifting cultivation based on root crops (yams, cassava, etc.). Also some sorghum, maize, banana, sugarcane, rice. Some tropical hard woods.
