10th December is celebrated as Haman Rights Day.
Because many people have taken their rights from them.
Ex :- In many countries people don't have right to vote. This means their right is taken from them.
So, by seeing this United Nations General Assembly adopted this and 10th is celebrating as a Human Rights Day.
