21 September is muhharram

The day of A'shura falls on the 9th and 10th of Muharram and it is Sunnah to Fast on that day. The benefits of fasting A'shura is that the sins of the past two years and the sins of the next two years would be forgiven. It is to commemorate the day Allah (SWT) saved Musa (Moses) (As) was saved from the Pharaoh.
