during the dictorship of general pervez musharraf pakistan was not a democratic country as it was governed by the army and the democratic challenge was faced by pakistan under the dictorship of general pervez musharraf was that the common people couldn't choose their favourable ruler at the time pakistan was only to be ruled by the army
