The democratic institution needed to be established for transformation from non-democratic to a democratic system is the Judiciary.

This is because in a real sense, people are the ones giving power to the government and as well the government is mandated to implement the power people through the provision of various human rights and ensuring that the rights are implemented.

In order to establish democratic society in a country form the non-democratic system where people have all the rights equally which is first needed to establish a democratic institution.

Democratic institution like parliament is needed where people take decisions based on the voting taken from the elected officials who oversee specific fields the not on the basis of one’s command.
