The disease may be diagnosed as Cholera.
Cholera is a serious bacterial disease which causes sudden diarrhea at its onset, followed by other common symptoms like fatigue, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, shriveled skin, low BP, dehydration, and a decrease in the urine output.
Dehydration leads to electrolyte imbalance causing abdominal pain and muscle cramps.
Cholera can be treated immediately by taking oral rehydration salts, IV fluid rehydration, antibiotics and zinc supplements, after consulting a physician.
