Vascular plants that reproduce by the use of spores are characterized as ferns. This type of vascular plant is often referred to as a seedless vascular plant. The majority of vascular plants reproduce by creating seedsrather than spores and are classified as either gymnosperms or angiosperms.

HI!!
HERE IZ UR ANSWER.
Vascular plants are those plants which have vascular bundles. These are also known as tracheophytes.
Vascular bundles includes Xylem and Phloem for transportation in plants.
Xylem which is dead transports water and minerals to all parts of plants whereas Phloem unlike Xylem is living and transports food to different parts of plants.
Kingdom plantae includes 5 phylums.
They are Thallophyta, Bryophyta, Pteridophytes, Angiosperms and Gymnosperms.
Out of these, Thallophyta and Bryophyta lack Vascular bundles i.e Xylem and Phloem.
While Pteridophytes is first phylum to have vascular bundles but not advanced.
Angiosperms and Gymnosperms have advanced Xylem and Phloem for smooth transportation..
