Green leafy vegetables like

  • Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Mint
  • Corriander leaves etc

are helpful in providing vitamins to the body.

Moreover citrus fruits like ( oranges, lemon etc..) are helpful in providing vitamins.

Vegetables too should be eaten so as to provide the body with sufficient vitamins and minerals.
