Economists such as Fraser, Henderson, and Quandt have considered economics as a normative science.  

Normative economics is opposite to positive economics and is a part of the economics the deals with fairness  

Example of normative economics is like, "Tax should be cut in half to increase the income levels.”. Normative science in economics is a positive or an objective economic observation. It has to be designed based on past data, tax cuts that would help people.
