Lithium has the highest atomic size among the hydrogen, lithium and sodium because the atomic radius goes on increasing down a group and as atomic size increases down the group.

This happened because new shells added as we go down to the group. This increases the distance between the nucleus and the outmost layer

•These elements are present in Group 1A or IA which is known as the alkali metals group, this group have only one valence in their highest orbitals (ns1).
