Hey there man

A) As there is second shell , this means that the first shell is completely filled so we can say that the no. Of electrons in second shell is

2 x 3 = 6

So the total no of electrons are 6+2=8

Hence the element is oxygen

B) 2+8+7 = Chlorine

C) 2+5= Nitrogen

D) Calcium 2,8,8,2

E) Argon

Thank You

Hope this helps
