The dendritic tree wraps around the cell body and receives signals from other neurons. The end of the axon has branching terminals (axon terminal) that release neurotransmitters into a gap called the synaptic cleft between the terminals and the dendrites of the next neuron.

The element take part in the nerve cell formation

Explanation:

  • As a new neuron relaxes in, it starts to look like adjacent cells. It grows an axon and dendrites and starts to connect with its neighbors. Stem cells distinguish to generate diverse kinds of nerve cells.
  • Neurons are born in parts of the brain that are rich in concentrations of neural forerunner cells (also called neural stem cells). These cells have the potential to generate most, if not all, of the different types of neurons and glia found in the brain.
  • There three types of nerves in the central nervous system: motor neurons, sensory neurons and autonomic neurons. Motor nerves send impulses or signals from the brain and spinal cord to all of the muscles in the body.
