Depends on which position the nonsense mutation is situated. If it is in lacz gene, B-galactosidase would not be produced, if it is in lacY gene, permease enzyme wo'nt be produced and if it is in lacA gene, transacetylase wo'nt be produced. No new enzyme can be produced by any point mutation or non-sense mutation.
