  • when two lines are intersect , angle between them are equal by vertically opposite angles .

so,

→ 60° = (4x - 20)° (A) (Ans.)

now, solving the equation, we get,

→ 60° = 4x - 20°

→ 60° + 20° = 4x

→ 4x = 80°

→ x = 20° .
