Neutralization reaction is a reaction in which salt and H2O is formed.

In all equation H2O is forming.

Now checking for salt,

Al2O3 is amphoteric.
CO2 is acidic.
In option C, no salt is formed.
And Na2SO4 is salt.

Correct equation is in option B.
