With no acceleration, the "velocity" is constant ... the speed isn't changing and the direction isn't changing.

A so-called "velocity/time" graph is really just a "speed/time" graph, because it doesn't show any information about the direction of motion.  But that's OK.  We know that the speed isn't changing.  So the graph never gets any higher or lower.

The graph is a straight (horizontal) line with no slope. (C)
