There was various facilities provided to the Women in job in the USSR.
The women was provided free child care facilities especially for the young one like the pre-school children and also for the children there was free medical care .
Women could be able to take a leave of 112 days during her pre as well as the post-natal maternity day with the full pay . Even the day of comeback don’t cost them to their seniority.
Women was also able to take leave for their sick children if they want to.
