- The factor “geographical isolation” cannot be considered for self-pollination plants because no physical barrier happens in self-pollination plant.
- The self-pollinating plant rarely shows the variation.
- This is because the self-pollinating plant receive the pollen grain from same flower or another flower on another plant.
