warm blooded animals do not change the body temperature irrespective of the surrounding but cold blooded animals change the body temperature with respect to surroundings.

Cold blooded animals are able to adjust themselves according to the environment . They adjust their temperature with the help of perspiration and all whereas warm blooded animals are not able to do so.
All mammals are warm blooded whereas amphibians and reptiles are cold blooded
