One of the most significant natural resources that flow from forests is water. Water is required for healthy cellular activity in all living things. Water covers approximately 70% of the Earth's surface. Drinking water assists your cells in performing vital functions such as digestion, metabolism, cell repair, and more. Fish, for example, may survive in the water and breathe the oxygen it contains.
