area of rectangle=lb
=3x2
=6cm^2
area of equilateral triangle=bh/2
b=4,h=x
h=√(4^2+2^2)
=√(16+4)
=√20
=2√5cm
area=(4x2√5)/2
=(8√5)/2
=4√5cm^2
hence area of rectangle is more
