Let us find their areas 

Square=(side)^2 = 2^2= 4cm^2

Rectangle= length* breadth= 3*2=6cm^2 

Equilateral triangle=√3/4(side)^2 = 6.9cm^2 

So equilateral triangle has the highest area.
