Answer:RIDING BICYCLE, When we go for a run we are using chemical energy in our bodies to produce movement (kinetic energy), which in turn converts to warmth (thermal energy). Cycling downhill involves kinetic and gravitational energy.

PULLING OR LIFTING THINGS,Gravitational Potential Energy

When something is lifted, work is done on the object against the pull of gravity. This work is converted to a form of potential energy called gravitational potential

COOKING,Thermal energy

Thermal energy is used to cook food. Thermal energy is heat. It's converted from either electrical potential energy or chemical potential energy, depending on the cooking appliance. An electric stove converts electric potential energy to thermal energy.

RUNNING,kinetic energy

When a person runs, their body must convert potential energy into kinetic energy. Potential energy is the energy stored within a system. Potential energy is used when the system uses kinetic energy to move in a horizontal direction.

WASHING CLOTHES,

When using a washing machine, the electrical energy is converted in to mechanical energy. This mechanical energy is used to produce heat by rotating fast. Hence, When washing machine is used, Electrical energy to Mechanical energy.

READING DURING NIGHT, that is our own energy that to read during night without sleeping that depends on how much food we eat during night more food have been reached our stomach faster is the reaction that we develops a tendency to sleep

hope this helps friend
