they are one seeded fruits. their fruit wall can be divided in epicarp ,mesocarp and stony endocarp. Eg Magifera indica(Mango the mesocarp is edible and it is fleshy and fibrous) , Cocus nucifera (Coconut mesocarp is fibrous and non edible  the edible portion is endosperm ) , Juglans regia (Walnut), Almond ....
