hi there,
In fruit it's banana one banana have rich in calories in compare of other fruits..
nd mix vegetables is also good for getting various vitamins..specially carot or beet root..

Hey friend!

To get vitamin eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits .There are various fruits and vegetables like citrus fruit,guava,mango, broccoli,cabbage,peas, spinach etc are rich in vitamins
